| A. | Yes, we will require royalty payments. You can find out more about this in our usage policies section, or email us at info@retroadart.com. |

| A. | We own the copyright to all of our images. There is no restriction on the usage of these images for advertising purposes, however If they are being printed on products which are destined for resale, then a royalty agreement will be necessary (see above). |

| A. | Less than 1% of our images appear in any other retro clipart collections. At least 98% of the images in the RetroAdArt.com catalog can only be found here and nowhere else. This is truly an exclusive collection. |

| A. | No. The Retro Ad Art collection is also an entirely unique collection not found elsewhere. None of the Retro Ad Art images appear on RetroClipArt.com. |

| A. | All the images on the Retro Ad Art CD are in bitmap (BMP) format. All graphics programs are capable of handling this format easily. |

| A. | All of our images are our own interpretations of drawings which were originally created by artists who lived in the'30s, '40s & '50s. We do not sell "neo-retro" images (images invented and drawn by modern day artists.) |

| Q. | Are any of the Retro Ad Art images available in color? |
| A. | We only sell black & white images, with no shading, coloring or graduated tones. Limited printing techniques back in the '40s and '50s required that artists during that era develop this highly simplified drawing technique, but ironically, modern day artists actually prefer this practical format as it is much easier to integrate into their design work, and allows for much more creative input. Colored images on the other hand can be very restrictive to work with. |
